Custom Case for Medical Instrument Gauges
Customers in a wide variety of industries count on our flexible and versatile services at Custom Case Company. We manufacture quality custom designed carrying cases of all kinds, and this was exemplified when a client in the medical industry contacted us to build cases for instruments, skeletons, and disarticulate bones. We assembled these cases with ¼” and 3/8″ plywood covered in vinyl. These cases also contained steel hatches, vinyl, foam, steel corners, and a handle with metal hardware. Each case was finished with haircell or Bronco vinyl, and was manufactured to precision tolerances of ±1/8″. The finished cases were visually inspected to ensure that all of our customer’s specifications had been met. We now manufacture up to 250 of these cases per order, with typical lead times of less than 4 weeks or just several days when fewer cases are needed. These specialized cases are now delivered to medical clients all over the country.
